Do you offer a free trial?

Not yet but our team is working on creating that function. We’d also be happy to demonstrate our software for you and your team, please book a demo via the contact us menu.

Is there a setup fee?

Depending on the amount of customization you and your locations needs there may be a setup fee. Once we have an understanding of your needs our team can quote if a setup fee will be applicable.

Are you offering teams pricing?

For paid plans we only charge a subscription per location. You have unlimited user and as many items as you need in our checklist, ticket, incident and reporting modules.

Do you have iPhone and Android apps?

Yes we do. Please search for 1Place in the App Store or Google Play.

Is support included?

We include access to our support team via email and chat in our app. For bespoke customization of one of our modules our team can quote for the task.

What integrations do you have?

We integrate with Hubspot, Kangarootime and Kidsoft. We aim to make this list much longer!
