Cindy Morgan is Vice President of Operations, North America at 1Place Childcare, based in Dallas, Texas. She started as the founding director of a childcare center, went on to direct a Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), and spent 13 years in childcare technology before joining 1Place.
