Your home page is the first thing you open each morning. It should tell you what needs your attention today, across every centre you look after, before you go looking for it.
From Monday 14 September 2026, the new Home Dashboard arrives in 1Place. Your live counts, your graphs and the actions you take most often, together on one page.
You have two weeks to make it your own. A drop-down at the top of your home page lets you switch between your current home page and the Home Dashboard, so you can explore at your own pace. From Monday 28 September 2026, the Home Dashboard becomes your home page.
Everything that needs your attention, on one page
You land on an Overview tab, with a separate tab for each module you have access to. The Overview brings your live counts together with the actions you take most often.
- Configure your Needs Your Attention cards to show the counts that matter most to you.
- Start a new checklist or log an incident straight from the home page.
- Jump into your registers for risks, hazards and actions.
No hunting through menus. What is due, what is overdue, and what needs a decision, in front of you when you log in.

Filter to the view you need
Filter by centre, centre alias or date range. Counts and graphs update instantly, so you can zoom in on a single centre or look across your whole organisation in seconds.
Filters are temporary. They apply while you are working on the page and clear when you leave. Your dashboard always opens on the full picture.
Visibility across every module
We have added graphs across checklists, incidents, actions, hazards, documents, policies and procedures.
- Checklists by status and average score.
- Incidents by type, severity and injury.
- Actions by priority and centre.
- Documents and policies, including what is expiring and what is waiting on kaiako acknowledgement.
Found a graph you rely on? Mark it as a favourite and it moves onto your Overview tab, so your most important numbers are the first thing you see.

Set it up the way you work
Use the settings cog to show or hide cards and graphs, and choose which counts are included. Not interested in a module? Hide it.
Every setting is saved per user. Your view is yours and your colleague’s is theirs. You will only ever see the data your profile gives you access to.

Export your checklists to Excel
You asked for a way to see everything created and overdue in one place, instead of paging through ten records at a time.
The new export gives you an Excel overview of your created and overdue checklists, using the filters you have applied. It runs in the background, so you can keep working while it builds.
What’s coming next
This release is the foundation. Exports for the other modules will follow.
Getting started
Take a look when the drop-down appears on Monday 14 September, and use the two weeks to set the Home Dashboard up the way you like it. Your cards, graphs and favourites are saved to your profile, so they will be waiting for you when the new home page takes over.
We would love your feedback once you have had a look. If you have any questions, your Client Success Manager is here to help.
