Our Incident Register just got a major upgrade—now you can:

  • Save preferred views as named tabs
  • Expose only the filter fields you need
  • Show or hide columns to match your workflow
  • Switch between configurations effortlessly

Whether you’re managing incidents by type, tracking status-specific cases like Unsigned Incidents, or reviewing priority reports, your data is now just a tab away.

Consistent Experience Across Web & Mobile

We’ve redesigned the web interface for creating and editing incidents to match the look and feel of the 1Place Mobile App. This unified design makes onboarding smoother and ensures consistent performance across all platforms.

Smarter Notification Scheduling

The Inactive Incident Notification setting under Health & Safety has been updated. You can now schedule notifications on selected days of the week—no more daily overload. Tailor your alerts to when they’re actually needed.

New Checklist Builder Question Types

We’ve added three question types to the Checklist Builder:

  • Formula Question Type: Calculate answers based on earlier responses (e.g., auto-calculate Risk Score from Likelihood and Consequence).
  • Time-Only Question Type: Record time without needing to add a date—ideal for quick logs or time-specific entries.
  • Photo with Annotation: Upload images into templates and allow users to draw on them for real-time visual input.

These additions give teams more precision and flexibility in data collection—especially for complex health and safety protocols.
