Michelle Walsh, an experienced Early Childhood Consultant and Trainer, leads the team at Hourglass Consultancy, which provides training and support services to the Early Childhood Education & Care Sector and the families within their settings. With 21 years of experience in the field, Michelle has served in various capacities, including educator, teacher, director, assessor, manager, and consultant. Her diverse background includes roles such as Consultant with Semann & Slattery, Trainer with Gowrie SA, Director, NCAC Validator, Regional Manager for 90 services in a large organization, and Area Manager. Based in South Australia, Michelle and her team enjoy collaborating with clients both locally and interstate.
