Sam Hoath is the founder of TeamKids, a leading Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) provider established in 2011. Inspired by his childhood on a Gippsland farm and his passion for experiential learning, Sam founded TeamKids while working as a primary school teacher to offer children fun, enriching programs before school, after school, and during holidays. Under his leadership, TeamKids has grown to employ over 2,500 staff across 220 venues, impacting over 1 million attendances annually. Sam continues to shape the OSHC and teaching agency industries, acquiring Hall Thorpe Sports in 2022, Kids Unlimited in 2023, and co-founding the Outside School Hours Council of Australia.
