As an approved provider, the obligation doesn’t end when your team completes the training. You need to be able to show it’s been done. You create a new document type in 1Place, name it something like “Foundation Module – Child Safety Certificate,” and set it to track completion against your staff profiles. You can also set expiry reminders so the system flags anything approaching its renewal date. Once it’s configured, your team uploads their Geccko completion certificates and the records are stored, timestamped and audit-ready.<\/p>\n
